1 Acceptance of Terms

6 Bonuses and Promotions

zh999 offers bonuses and promotional credits to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria are specified in the individual promotion terms and may include account status, deposit amount or the payment method used
• All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal is permitted
• Bonuses have a validity period — the wagering requirement must be met within this time or the bonus will expire and be removed from the account

Bonus Abuse

Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses cancelled, winnings forfeited and accounts suspended.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The zh999 sportsbook covers Cricket (including PSL and international T20 and ODI fixtures), Football, Esports, Tennis and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on zh999:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a cash-out option is explicitly available
• All bets are subject to maximum payout limits which vary by sport and market. These limits are stated in the individual market or available in the sportsbook terms
• In-play bets placed after an event's outcome is known — due to a connection delay or any other reason — may be voided at zh999's discretion
• Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook terms
• Obvious pricing errors, including odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error, may be voided even after the event has concluded
• Accumulator bets containing a voided selection will be settled as though that leg did not exist, reducing the accumulator accordingly

Cricket betting on zh999 — including PSL markets, T20 internationals and ODI fixtures — is subject to these same general rules. Specific cricket market rules (e.g., rain interruption rules, DLS method outcomes) are published in the cricket section of the sportsbook.

8 Casino and Game Rules

The following applies to all casino and game products on zh999, including Slots, Fish Games and Live Casino:

• All slot games use a random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Each spin is independent and the result of previous spins has no influence on future results
• Theoretical return to player (RTP) percentages for slot games are determined by the game provider and may be published in the individual game information panel
• Fish games operate on their own mechanics as set by the provider. Outcomes involve skill elements but are not entirely skill-determined

9 Prohibited Activities

• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or verification
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's zh999 account without their knowledge and consent
• Charging back a deposit made to zh999 through a bank or card provider after funds have been used on the platform

10 Account Suspension and Closure

zh999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or manipulation of platform systems
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• An account holder being identified as under 18 years of age
• A request from the account holder themselves to close or self-exclude the account
• Inactivity for an extended period as defined in the platform's dormancy policy

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, the remaining balance will be paid out subject to the standard withdrawal process and verification requirements.

11 Responsible Gaming
